Neale D'Rozario

Neale is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience managing global technology teams across financial services, manufacturing, and software services. He leads TCB's technology platform and product development, overseeing the engineering behind Aqua Intelligence and BPS Comply.
Before joining The Climate Board, Neale was SVP and CTO of Arch Capital's International Mortgage group, where he led technology strategy across a multi-national insurance and reinsurance platform. Prior to that he served as SVP and CIO at RTI International, a nonprofit research institute with operations across more than 75 countries. He has held senior technology leadership positions across financial services, manufacturing, and software services, and has been involved in numerous enterprise-scale implementations and M&A transactions throughout his career.
At TCB, Neale is responsible for the architecture and delivery of the company's AI-enhanced data products — from the live government API ingestion pipelines that power Aqua Intelligence's real-time water risk scoring to the multi-jurisdiction compliance engine at the core of BPS Comply.
A native of the UK, Neale is active in non-profit work and enjoys mentoring emerging technology leaders.
