Experience & Background

Ben oversees The Climate Board’s efforts to deliver actionable insights and guidance on climate action through published reports, facilitated workshops and live presentations. Ben maintains relationships across multiple industries and explores the climate-related challenges and solutions they have in common, while also keeping in mind the unique circumstances facing individual stakeholders. He is especially passionate about pushing beyond headlines and buzzwords to find deeper insights that enable real progress. Ben joined us from Advisory Board, where he advised health care leaders on strategy and operations. He also worked at the International Monetary Fund and the Congressional Budget Office.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics and a master’s degree in mathematics and statistics, both from Georgetown University. Ben is a Virginia Master Naturalist.
