Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual new customer sales targets
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representative to maximize their contribution to your shared success
  • Identify prospect's needs and challenges
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Report to Head of Sales with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 5+ years prior experience with a track record of achieving sales quotes as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role
  • Experience selling B2B professional services to large multinational companies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability via phone and email
  • Creative problem-solving expertise and approach
  • Time management and planning skills
